Prediction Model: Multi-Factor Heuristic Risk Scoring

The model calculates a Risk Score (0–100) based on three primary behavioral vectors extracted from historical flight data:

1. Utilization & Saturation (40% Weight)
  • Drop Ratio: Flags groups dropping >30% of initial capacity.
  • Micro-Groups: Penalizes groups with <10 seats (viability risk).
2. Volatility & Stability (30% Weight)
  • Frequency: Tracks "Death Spiral" patterns (3+ seat reduction requests).
  • Stability: Rewards groups with consistent participant counts.
3. Temporal Proximity (30% Weight)
  • Departure Delta: Increases risk as Israel_landing_date approaches.
  • Urgency: Major drops within 21 days receive a heavy multiplier.
Risk Categorization:
🔴 High (70-100) 🟡 Medium (40-69) 🟢 Stable (0-39)
